Katarina, thanks so much for your great vids! We love the Washout too and we have a Mini Aussie named Lola. She always stands in the surf barking at the surfers because they won’t come and play with her. 😂 We love the tons of shops downtown and we also hit the Farmer’s Market on the occasional Saturday when there. I didn’t know about Cafecito, I’ll have to check it out next time we are downtown. Again, great vid!

Hope we run into you guys sometime, and yes you'll have to let me know if you end up going to Cafecito! It's one of our fav spots. But you can't go wrong anywhere really. There are almost too many places to try downtown it's overwhelming haha

@@KatarinaWestRE definitely! If we ever recognize you and Trevor? (I think your husband’s name?) I will definitely stop by to say hi! I’m another Army veteran. Did 20 years as a Combat Medic and retired in 2013. Moved out here in 2015 to apartments off Mary Ader Avenue near Marco’s pizza and then bought a house in Bolton’s Landing of Bees Ferry JUST IN TIME in 2018 before the insanity hit. So glad we moved here when we did. Now EVERYONE wants to move to Charleston and there’s just not enough infrastructure to support the mass migration, you know? It’s crazy!

@@darksideofthemoon7332 yes that’s his name! That sounds great! And oh wow that’s awesome, 20 years in. And you really did move here and buy a house in the perfect time. My parents bought in 2019 and their house has more than doubled in price, it’s insane! And I agree, not enough infrastructure but I don’t blame people for moving here still!

@@KatarinaWestRE oh pfft! Tell me about it, Sister! We bought at $316k. It’s worth $550k+ now. We get the reports monthly. 29414 market only cools down sometimes, but never drops! Tell Trevor I said HOOAH! I’ll buy him a beer sometime and share war stories. LOL! ❤️🇺🇸

@@darksideofthemoon7332 I believe it!! We’re also in 29414 right up the road! Even since I bought my house in 2022 the value has grown a ton. And he said he’d love that!
