Very good video .I think the best point he made is no matter which one you live in it's only a 10 minutes difference. If you work at or near Disney the best choice is the south `but other than that it's 10 minutes. We live in-between North and South and can't wait to see what Olympus will have.
Thank you for making this video. I like how you put it all together without being bias. I plan on moving to Clermont this year and I couldn’t understand why a 3bedroom 2 bath is $50K more in north Clermont than a 4bedroom 3bath in south Clermont. So I’ll being buying for the equity and resale value purposes. 🤷🏾♂️ That’s how it’s always been ,the North is pricier than the south and the south has always been more affordable and underdeveloped. Also the same goes with east and west, whereas the east is comparable to the north when comparing it to the west.
Eventually, once all the roads and retail and homes come in, a lot of folks will prefer “Middle Clermont” than north and south I think. Thanks for watching!
Which is more “scenic” or “hilly”? I like some topography to my land. Also how’s Wellness Way coming along? Is there a lot of construction in that area right now?
@@OrlandowithMario niceeeee so for the purpose of avoiding flooding would u say north. My husband is a country boy from Jamaica and I have to convince him the area has mininal flooding smh I know the reality of Florida . Help lol
Hello fellow Jamaican :) Flooding is not an issue for the most part south or north but of course north would be topographically better. Always recommend getting flood insurance either way :)
I love living in South Clermont. When I first moved here I thought I made a bad choice and and should have move. To north Clermont. However now the traffic on hwy 50 is horrible . We will be connected to Hamlin soon via the sawgrass bay extension . Plenty of shopping and eating .
Ok yall Clermont native here when hwy 50 was a dirt road.Yall.have no idea how Clermont use to be, to many ppl moving here, no more Gem.of the rolling hills
Only a very select few communities are in 34715 where the city listed as Clermont, it’s mostly Minneola which is why I excluded. Thanks for watching :)
South "tourist" Clermont is garbage with all the weekly rental houses. South "county" Clermont is better. If you are wanting to enjoy the quieter side get away from 27. North "old" Clermont is more mature
"South Clermont" is not even Clermont. The southern border of the actual Clermont city limits does not extend past Wellness Way / Olympus. If you live south of there you do not live in the city of Clermont.
