𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙄 𝙬𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙢𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝙩𝙤 𝙀𝙪𝙧𝙤𝙥𝙚….
I am in ❤️ with Dubai and here is why:
Yeah, sure, it’s tax free!!! It took quite a while to get used to calculate with the FULL AMOUNT of my income when I was doing my financial planning. 🫠 The first few times, I was automatically cutting it into half. Bad old habits…😅
IMAGINE! Here in the United Arab Emirates, whatever money you earn, it’s all yours!! The country is TAX FREE! Also, there is no inflation, so my money has the same value now than 1.5 years ago when I moved here. 💸
I love this financial aspect, but there are other things which I would not want to give up anymore.:
One of them it’s the safety.
Here in Dubai, I can walk out on the street alone, any time of the day, it’s completely safe. Not like in Hungary, there are parts of Budapest which is an absolute NO to walk alone after dark. 🧟‍♀️
I remember I had to text my mom whenever I travelled somewhere to let her know that I am in once piece, nothing happened. She would be completely relaxed here in Dubai (as much as a mom can be relaxed 🤪).
Dubai is generally a safe and secure place to live and visit, with low crime rates and a strong police presence.
Dubai is super clean!!! 🧹
If you ever complained about having to clean your room as a child, imagine the monumental effort it takes to keep an entire mega city clean. And yet Dubai manages to sparkle, day after day. 🌟🌟
The government issues fines for eating, drinking or chewing gum on public transport, washing cars in undesignated areas or even for spitting. 🥵 It seems harsh at first, but on the other hand with these rules, Dubai is nice and shiny any time of the day! I LOVE it!
High standard of living:
Dubai has a high standard of living, with a wide range of amenities and services available, including excellent healthcare and education.
For me, it’s cheaper to have a normal life here than in Copenhagen. I have sexier car, nicer apartment, and I can afford and enjoy social life aspects of life. 🥳
In Denmark, while paying taxes other obligations, couldn’t eat out every Saturday and Sunday. Since I am living in Dubai, I never eat at home during the weekend (not only because I don't cook 🤭). 😋Obviously I am not eating in the Burj Khalifa... I know my favorite places which are good price, big portion and taste like a piece of heaven! 🍗🥗🍨🍹☕️
And of course: It's alwaaaays good weather, sunshine, bye-bye wet socks and winter jacket! 🌞🏖⛱ Living here, every weekend is a real holiday, so much to see and explore. ❤️
If you have any questions about Dubai, feel free to reach out.

Love your informative video. I worked there for 10 years and went back to the Philippines during the pandemic and guess what I'm going back to Dubai on Sunday to look for another opportunity. So excited! 😊

In the United Arab Emirates, there are currently no applicable taxes, leaving the companies to keep 100% of their profits. What this means in detail is: - Profit Tax: 0% - Income Tax: 0% - Withholding Tax: 0% - Capital gains Tax: 0% - Dividend Tax: 0% - Tax on Royalties: 0%

Great video. After a recent job loss, I've been considering moving to a place like Dubai. I've heard great things and it seems like a place where I would blend and thrive in. During my current downtime without a job, I've had time to think about things and I've realized I don't really have anything keeping me in Canada where I currently live and grew up. Part of me feels like by staying here, I'm limiting my potential. I'm Lebanese, so I speak both English and Arabic. I also have a very diverse educational/professional background. I have completed three undergraduate programs within Canada and a short-term course in Belgium. I originally went to school for business insurance and business management/finance and worked in the corporate world for many years in various companies. I then switched career paths and went into graphic/web design which has been a lifelong passion of mine. Do you think my background would position me well to find a good opportunity in Dubai? Are there any job boards or resources you think might help me make a more informed decision? I've come across quite a few videos that have mixed feelings about Dubai which has caused a bit of confusion in my mind. Thank you in advance.

But Dubai salary rules are dependending upon the nationalities. Same duty and responsibilities but salary scale is huge different.

That's true. Almost like every other country in the world. In Denmark I would never get as much as a Danish for the same job 🧐It's a problem of many countries.

My wife and I are currently looking at moving to the UAE from South Africa, to have a better future for our son. Any advice when looking for a job (teaching for my wife) (I would like to open a business in a year or so) and then schooling for my toddler, is that possible on a teacher salary? We heard it is very expensive

Liked your opinion about Dubai vs Europe, but Dubai doesn't offer permanent residence or citizenship, then how you will plan for retirement in such case?
@cintiaarnhoffer
@cintiaarnhoffer Год назад
thank you so much for watching. You can easily set aside, since your money is not taken away. In Europe you pay retirement money, but when you reach that time, nobody gets retirement payment anyways. :( Or not enough to survive anyways, so money is just stolen.

@@cintiaarnhoffer girl you dint even know how lucky you are to have EU passport - as russian passport holder I would kill to have it so places shut up Europe offering a great quality of life the majority of countries there are many people from post USSR countries in western EU that have great pension people sometimes dont realize how good they are living until they see someone in work situation and in your case majority of the world live in worse situation
