Living in Fort Collins: Top Seven Neighborhoods 

It's mostly developed at this point, has pools, single-family homes, attached homes, walking paths, etc. We have friends who live in that neighborhood and love it. The next several years should see lots of development in the northeast part of Fort Collins, so I think there's lots of potential for additional amenities soon...which will be helpful. It's not the right fit for everyone, but lots of people really like living there.
