$900 for a studio apt. I guess they're building for diasporans. The average university graduate in the country can barely afford transportation to work let alone pay that price for rentals. Talk about gentrification. But I have to admit, its a nice complex. Even nicer than a lot of the ones that are up here in the States

Nice apartments but why the primary bathroom doesn't have double sink? The two bedrooms could have a jack and jill bathroom not just in this complex but in all the new projects

Love your videos Jasmine! I think the prices are a bit too much and not realistic. Why are they charging in US Dollars? Because that makes it even more expensive compared / converted into the ghana cedis.
What do you nean too much? what are you basing it on? I know for a fact that in London a two bed in a complex like this is going to cost you at least half a million.

You can get a house for £500,000 or under depending on the location and even it bit less just outside London. So I do know, what I am talking about . I asked the question because I believe it will be expensive for the people that live in Ghana. I did ask a fair and reasonable question and the reply from @Rosie Scarborough made sense to why they charge what they do and why its in US Dollars.

Why promote a property when theres practically nothing for tent dorsnt lok that appetizing to a potential buyer as the president once said hed never buy anything in east legon ehst u paid in that area u can get close to double in terms of space amenities etc east legon is way over priced u pay for the area not the space there are other beautiful area where a place like this will cost u only 60-70 thousand so ur over paying but their making tons of money of ghanians and foreigners
a one bed some in a flat sold over $100k. Thats really expensive I think ,and in less than a a year about $40% has been bought .I will rather buy a land for the waste plastic recycling company to build for me .

Ghana is becoming Westernize that's a bad thing, it will slowly take your culture away and replace it with Western, it's a bad investment, with apartment it change ownership over the years and some owners are not good landlord and the property value began drop with poor maintenance care bad investment
@@KimFert I second that... not a good trend to invest in. They gentrify and leave little to no culture, then what is there to see? Hopefully further away towns don't do that. My goal is to hop around African countries for a month within the next 2 years. I don't want to see little US towns there...
That lake looks to me more like"Subene" . If u gonna use lakeview to sell these properties at least fix that ugly looking water body. Make it look nice then use it as a selling point. The designs r nice but prices r not worth it. Am a ghanaian and wouldn,t waste my dime on these overpriced properties.
