@@SavannahSylver Good morning Sumi. Yes you do. It will be your last step in your nightly face routine. A few drops of castor oul( buy in glass amber bottle. No plastic), few drops of rose hip oil, and one /two drops of frankincense oil. Mix all together in hands and apply to face, neck hands. Your face will be so supple and hydrated the next morning. Do it nightly if you can. Over time you will see your hyperpigmentation start to fade. FYI…. I thought it was a fad but after trying it, Girlllllllllll, ppl mistake me for being in my 30’s and I’ll be 50 this year. Give it a try. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised ❤️ P.S. No Worries, if you do below you will have radiant skin in months. That causes secondary pigmentation. That doesn't mean to stop the acid in your stomach, but reduce the acid in the Bloodstream (2) different things... This causes Spots... So, stop drinking Acids and eating acid foods until the problem is gone, and start drinking just water (no alkaline water) just GOOD Water... If this is your problem, skip the lemon on the face in 2 and buy frankincense...
