I recently went off lash extensions because I moved for school. I was consistent for 6months, I miss them so much! Get them!

Do you measure inches? That may be better than looking at the numbers on the scale. Like you mentioned, you are likely building muscle which is contributing to your weight fluctuations.

I was told if you eat before, your body burns the food and not the fat so that's why I try to not eat before and go earlier
