A lot of the things u bought for body care has its better variants in the country you’re now in. Also, you’re not ‘wasting money’ buying pads in the UK, The quality of women’s care products is far better than anything in Nigeria and also affordable. Making this comment for anyone who wants to travel and is planing to carry load. Don’t spend money on body care, there are better and more variants. For foodstuff just buy the items that are local, there better and more options for spices, seasoning, groundnut oil. Just buy traditional food items.

yes I agree. The liquids only add to your kgs, I'd prioritise taking local ingredients and a few toiletries that I need to use right away before I settle in. As someone who doesn't like getting delayed at the airport, I know I'm definitely not taking palm oil. I'd rather just buy it over there.

Ouch, the veg. Oil and palm oils were seized because they’re liquid. People normally freeze their palm oil and pack a day before or the day they’re leaving, so that it’s still solid by the time they get to customs
