Saff, It’s better to not wash hair everyday, as it dries it out. I have 36” long blonde hair and have been a hair model and recommended days is 3-4 to wash your hair if you have dry or normal hair. You want the natural oil in your hair. I take immunity boost too it comes in a shot type glass in CA with ginger and orange juice. Ginger is GREAT to soothe your tummy!

You should put dishes like your porridge bowl in hot soapy water using Fairy Max Power and leave them/it to soak for a whole day and then rinse them with cold water

You shouldn’t of put mould through your washing machine, it grows in damp conditions. I’d defo look into running it with nothing in to clean it and clean the filter to xxx
