Hi Elle, I just wanted to let you know that you saved my budgies lives. They used to live off of only seeds and water, had a big cage but not many toys, and now here I am hand chopping vegetable chop for my budgies because we don’t have anything to blend it with, my mum always said that it’s not worth giving them veggies because they never ate it but I kept trying and trying, sometimes missing school just to give them a better life. Thank you.

You take excellent care of your birds and I’m so happy through your channel that you’ve educated me to do so too. He was making those noises because he knew you were there... and if you were there, he wanted to be with you. It's like my lovebirds, if they are out and I fall asleep on the couch... they fly to my neck and fall asleep under my chin. They won't sleep in their cage if they can see me.

Pyrrhuras are legit insane little buggers. We used to have two and since its partner died its been SUPER cuddly towards me. We found an abandonned parakeet outside and tried to get them to get along and so far its been good. The female pyrrhura (i know its a fem because it laid eggs) isnt super friendly torwards the sweet guy but atleast they get along.

We're adopting 2 budgies from someone that's had them for over 3 years. After educating myself through your videos I realized the birds are in a small cage with no toys, it's almost completely empty only necessities. 😢 Makes me so sad, but also so happy that we can change that!
