I live just a couple miles east of Tulsa, I have 5200 Sq. Ft Home, It has a Workshop (with garage door & Parking Pad.) in the back yard & the yard is 1.32 acres, in size. I have the home priced at $530,000, It has a circle drive, the back yard is fenced & the garage is over 800 sq. ft. All 3 bedrooms are over 24 ft sq. or larger. The 3 huge baths are about 12 x 17 each... Everything in this home is BIG , but the electricity bill, It's about $350 level pay.
Y’all better get here while you can! Tulsa is primed for a boom in population. Plenty of land to build out. Downtown was a ghostown when I was in high school 15 years ago and now it’s the place to be on a weekend. Lots of great places to eat. Great place to start a family. Lived here my whole life and have traveled all across the country from LA, Vegas, to New York. I love a lot of place but there is no place like Tulsa.
Are you talking about current prices? We moved from California to Oklahoma seven years ago and you would be surprised how many things are not any different when it comes to prices
CA was very different 7 yrs ago. My wife and I moved from Sacramento/San Francisco 18 mo ago to rural Tulsa. Our utilities are much less than half and we will never have a water shortage. Our brand new home cost a third or less of what it would in CA and it's on a half acre which is not even possible in a CA suburb. Gas prices 1/3 less. Food, restaurants, etc. basically the same. There's no ocean so you don't get any of the beach life but not many people live beach lives.
Seems like a great program. I work with a woman that is currently in it and she’s gained a lot of friends from the program. She’s had nothing but good things to say about it.
@@The918dad Thank you for letting me know. I am definitely going to dig into it deeper, and I have already visited Tulsa once to check it out back during Memorial Day weekend.
Why y'all telling lies like this there is nothing to do here & everything went up o...we still paying for the roads to be fixed & that been going on Since I came here in 2008 & my brother & sister's don't even think about it do your research for real
