I've lived in Roseville for 35 or so years, my wife since the 70's. It's changed too much if you ask me. You actually pass my house at the point you say that you are starting to enter in to Central Roseville. The Galleria is not Central Roseville. You have done a good job for the video you've made, but you just barely scratched the surface and your placement is off. There's more to Roseville than the Pleasant Grove and Blue Oaks corridors, the Roseville Galleria and the Fountains. You have to cross I-80 where there's the Sunrise Corridor, Douglas corridor, and the Roseville Automall. And, don't forget he reason Roseville exists, the Union Pacific Railyard.

@GymmyS Yep, I've lived here since the 80s, its grown up a lot. We consider the zip code 95678 central roseville, which the galleria falls into. This video focused on where things are in proximity to West Roseville (95747) where the majority of people are buying due to our new home availability. And we stated in the video, we need to do a whole separate video like this for East Roseville to Central Roseville, as Roseville is just to big to do in this detail in one video. I really appreciate this video. I used to visit Roseville often when I worked in Sacramento, and never considered living there because I lived in other places in California. Now that I’m looking for a great suburb, I may put Roseville on my list!

Pretty sure I know the channel you watch, I love watching it to better understand how the healthcare jobs work. We just closed on a home for a Kaiser physician yesterday that relocated from New York, we got a nurse under contract yesterday that will work for Dignity. And we have several others under contract that will start employment with Sutter & Kaiser. We have a big healthcare need with the growth of the area & several major hospitals. @kpadventures2238 overall you'll find Roseville as a whole to be rated as a very safe area to live, especially if you are comparing to larger cities like Los Angeles and San Francisco. This is a fairly subjective topic based on where someone is coming from or past experiences. Since Roseville has shopping amenities (regional mall) that other neighboring cities don't have, we do see an increase in numbers around those stores. In addition to safety, on our initial zoom consult, we normally review other factors like where will you be commuting to, what type of house do you want (new or old), and what your budget is...these things normally help narrow in your search to a part of Roseville (East, Central, or West) and then you can do additional research from there, but they are all pretty similar when it comes to safety. *Here are a couple third party tools that are helpful:* 1. Roseville Crime Map (directly from the Roseville Police Department - best viewed on desktop) - shows you all the incidents, type & where in the city in the last 30 days: arcg.is/1PL4b11 2. I moved from Roseville to LA and have regretted it since 2016. It was safe, quiet, beautiful and not far from outdoor or city excursions. I loved the little bubble of Roseville.

@hulu8022 funny you say that, the city has been putting in roudabouts as they rework some of our smaller intersections that typically had 4 way stop signs. People here complain about roudabouts though lol

@Lyftflexslave interesting perspective. Are you speaking to a specific neighborhood that you feel is investment heavy? Even with all the investment homes that were bought when rates were low, it still seems like the demand for rental housing is high as people are always saying it's hard to find something. I don't like the investors that our MIA when it comes to caring for the yards. We always recommend our investors pay a weekly service & charge in rent, as tenants tend to not care for the yards well in a lot of cases.

How come no Palm tress here very unattractive city unlike of California. The only reason I am moving to California is for Palm trees and stores we don’t have in Canada .

@lizasmith6718 California is a big state. What you see in the movies doesn't represent the entire state that has coastal, valleys, dessert landscapes. Sacramento is coined the City of Trees, we have numerous tree types. We have some of the most gorgeous Fall seasons with all the colors the various tree leaves turn. You will still see palm trees here in our shopping centers, especially like The Fountains in Roseville, Palladio in Folsom, and most people put them around their pools & front yards. But you won't find them lining our main street corridors. If you have a higher budget, I recommend a more coastal town or So Cal where you will see palm trees be more prevalent, but the cost of living is much higher in those places when compared to Living in Sacramento and the surrounding suburbs like Roseville California.
