Hi @Emma, Roselle Park is directly on the train line. You will have to drive to either Cranford or Union if you live in Kenilworth. How soon are you looking to move?
We don’t need to use the train line for work so we don’t mind a little walk/Uber to get there but we like the idea of having it! We’re moving at the end of October but have never been to NJ so finding your videos really helpful

I wish you could do a visit to my ancestors house that was sold after my grandfather passed there. It was finally sold and renovated in the late 80 s. I was raised there. My family is in the Montclair archives there in that town. The Harris family. 30 New street Montclair. My ancestor started the first baptist church there in the 1870 to 1880s. The house at 30 New was built in 1880. I moved to the Midwest now years ago. But was raised there and will always be a Montclair girl. All my family is gone now. I pray you can look up the information and talk about that historical home how it was back then and what changes was done. And my great great grandfather who had a church there which is still there and the house. I’m not coming back there because of health reasons and it would be to sad to return and my family is gone. This would be an honor my brother to do this for me and my children and put it on here. Love your videos. Thanks 🙏

My grandfathers name was Edwin Harris his grandfather came from North Carolina in the 1870s I guess maybe a little after. 30 New street was one of the first homes built in that block in 1880. I don’t know who bought it or who lives there now. I even have my great great grandfather’s Bible from when he preached in the first Baptist church of Montclair. It said it was printed in the 1870s. It’s falling apart but still together. I don’t know if his name was Pleasant Harris or that was my grandfathers Father or grandfathers name. That’s all I have now. I’m in Elkhart Indiana now. I sure would love for you to do this not just for me but my children and grandchildren and great grandchildren who will never know this. It will be done by a special brother that will put it on here for us to enjoy. God bless you and keep up the good work. Montclair for ever. ♥️
