Overbuilt and way too much traffic. I avoid Scottsdale as much as possible. It used to be a great place to shop and eat out. The original charm is long gone.

A lot of people have found this to be true - which is why I recommend you explore other areas as well. Chandler and Gilbert are newer with better infrastructure for example. Watched for a few minutes. The constant cuts frames between words was extremely annoying. Next time keep on a constant verbal frame. Stop pausing frames.

Sorry for the two individuals who are doing the video don't or didn't live here in the state of Arizona because I have talked to them in person before posting this video. Go back where you all came from just saying for all true locals Also go back to el paso Texas

I think you are confused with someone else! We absolutely live here. There is another RU-vid channel with a similar name where the host is in fact living in Texas and visited the area with a local agent to film. But myself (David) and Viktoriia (woman in this video) both live in the East Valley and work in Scottsdale daily. Viktoriia helped a client buy a home last week in Scottsdale that she’s been working with for 2 years to find the perfect home. Thanks for the comment! Hard to say what a “true local” is when there were 330,000 people in all of Maricopa county in 1950 and 4.6M today. You lost that “go back where you came from” nonsense 70 years ago. Neither of us have ever been to El Paso TX lol.

Very helpful video, just like all the videos on your channel. I really appreciate the information. If I could respectfully share an observation please, the way seconds are edited out between every other word this nice woman says makes it extremely hard to watch. It's quite jarring. I love her accent, and her enthusiasm about the place, but the editing style is rough. No criticism meant, again I do appreciate your work. It's just a very different style from your other videos.
