I am also trying to improve my meal prep game and I like how you show how you cook your pasta to a certain degree. People with no time cook very differently so I appreciate that. Nice to see someone keeping general spending below $1.5k
I’ve been binge watching your older videos and came across this one 🥹. Would you mind sharing how you cope with work stress / anxiety and how to “move on” when work gets too much? How do you cope with work when work piles up and there’s just too much of it for one person to handle?
Hmmm my work gets intense only periodically so I always keep in mind that my stress will end 😅 but sometimes when I really can’t deal with it emotionally I’ll always think to myself that work doesn’t define my life 🙃 like if my bosses think I’m incompetent then so be it HAHA Exercising helps for me too!! I hope you’re managing work stress well 🥹
@@IronicHomebody thank you so much for taking the time to reply 🥹♥️. Managing work stress has been challenging for me but I’m going to try the approach you suggested! 🫂

It’s good to track your expenditure, and I think the ka-ching and amount of money spent makes the video more interesting too. The peace center part that looks like a haunted house is really spooky! Oh what is that tripod stand that you bought, what are its features?
hii can i ask how youre able to not procrastinate so much when it comes to meal prepping, especially after reaching home so late? I struggle with this so much and ive been trying to eat healthy lately. But it’s so difficult 😅
Mostly determination to not spend too much money ‘cause I want to save more for big ticket items like holidays 😅 also idw my food to rot in the fridge… hahah I totally get you tho, sometimes I get lazy and skip meal preps too
