i have major social anxiety and i actually listen to this before doing anything massively (like starting at university) and it really does help push me to go! forever be grateful to jason mraz :D

I love this song and play it several times a day. I am diagnosed as comfort measures, prognosis poor .... but, this song picks me up every time I am hit with something new from the docs. Thank you Mraz for making my life more easy and breezy with this very inspiring song!

I had a wonderful relationship that lasted 4 years. Unfortunatley we decided to end it about 3 months ago. It was a "good" breakup but due to false stories its not turning into a "horrible" break up... Everytime I feel like getting revenge, or retaliating I just think of the line "I'm letting go of the thoughts that dont make me strong" and I feel so much better.. I let it slide.. Its tough but I know ill get through this by "living in the moment"
