Thanks! I'm hoping to live with $500 myself for a few months in vietnam, like a backpacker . Any idea what the cost of bus tickets to travel between cities in Vietnam look like? Also would you know if the same budget is possible in other cities in countries like thailand, indonesia, malaysia, etc?

Hello, I normally take a taxi or a "limo" van to travel to other cities. From Hanoi to Hai Phong (1h) it is about 3M VND in taxi and 400k in a limo. For 15$ I just like to take a taxi not have to stop. Thailand I know you can do it for 500-600$ a month, no problem. Philippines is more like 700$ now. As I live in luxury, I don't know about Indonesia or Malaysia, but I would assume yes, as the locals do it.

can you rent the scooter without a license? i know its not recommended i guess but just to know. nice video highly appreciate it

You might be able to do it. But, not likely. But, if you get stopped by the police, they will ask and you will need to show one... But, with 205 countries and thousands of states and provinces and type of licenses... Will a police in Hanoi know what it is or if it is valid? Just saying.

And I didn't include the 15$ per hour massage and 5$ for a taxi will take you a across the city.
