Earlier I used to think these were pretentious. Then after my breakup, I gave this a try. Started focusing on my career, dressing up more nicely, skincare, excercise. Not going to lie. It is kind of a lifestyle our grandparents used to live (taking care of yourself and not being much on social media). Helped really well.

I'm proud of myself for enjoying my own company... Not deepening on others ... And and the biggest thing is that I learnt to accept myself... I can go out all by myself and without any makeup... Literally I go on a bare face... Thank you Mridul for teaching me this.... ✨✨✨✨✨

I am actually proud of myself about the fact that in the last two years how emotionally strong I became. Previously I used to become emotional about lil things but only realized that no one actually cares. Hence if you are emotionally and mentally strong it helps you in so many better ways:) Btw, loved this video so much✨

I am proud of persevering through my difficult times, low-key believing that my reality will soon change. I started journaling, putting my thoughts on to the paper, and realised that my mind feels so clear and so free after that. Now there are moments where I am like 'what should I think about?' so definitely that. Also, focusing on my spiritual journey, it would never have been possible without the divine intervention. Feeling a lot free up there and happy inside ♥ Really proud!

I have been going through a bad phase I my life, and it has been horrible honestly, both mentally and physically. I’ve grown so much as a person.. when I look back at my teenage era I was chasing the trend of having a “boyfriend”, giving so much attention to “how I look”.. but now when I look back I find myself being very childish at teenage, when I actually acted more matured when I was a kid.. so clearly it was a demotion.. but now I’m no longer “that (trend following) girl”.. I’m proud of myself for finding peace with myself and for learning from my mistakes.. I thank God for all that he made me learn over the years.. forever grateful.. ♥️

loved the way you did ..! I can definitely tell that I am proud of leaving those toxic people and prioritizing myself first. I really like the whole concept of THAT GIRL and i have been doing this for a while its just love n caring abt urself more trying a little out of ur comfort zone n experiencing tht solo vibes which is THE best..! from starting to be THAT GIRL i have been consistant with my workouts n now i am almost there with my abs (those 11 shape ones) n i am super happy abt it💜 if anyone have not tried just push urself n doo i am sure u'll love it..!

I am proud of the fact that i finally gathered the courage to stay away from toxic people and people who just don't value or respect me . I finally learnt to prioritise myself even if it means to stay alone . I am spending time with myself building my career practicing gratitude and i must tell you that ever since i started doing this my life has changed so much in a very good way. All the very for bday series. September has started, I am awaiting for the month and your videos. There are so many things for which I am proud of myself like I have learned not to take myself for granted and be available for every body else. I priorities myself.
