yes elzani has also helped me! im glad you have had this realisation because for me after 4 months of 100% dedication to recovery, I feel so close to full recovery. It's definitely possible and u deserve all the amazing things it brings!!

Japan is incredible! We’re staying in Tokyo, Kanazawa (video coming soon) Kyoto and Osaka:) This video was recorded during a full week so no, I didn’t have the ramen for breakfast:) even tho I would hehe

We stay at various Airbnbs throughout our trip! This one is located a bit north from Shinjuku, close to a JR station. Tomorrow we’re moving back to Tokyo and staying in the Taito Area :)

who do you travel with? I'm stuck with my recovery and very lonely. I wish I could go somehwere, see something and experience something. just make memories and live my life. My anxiety and ED stop me from traveling. Also, the costs can be high. Traveling alone would be too challenging...glad that you can feel free and happy while you travel ! It must be a great feeling! good luck with everything xx

Once you get to a healthier, more recovered state of mind you'll be able to travel freely and experience your life to the fullest xx I travelled myself during times in which I was way deeper down than I am now and I can truly say, there better you feel both physically and mentally, the more you'll get to experience and enjoy. I'm travelling with my boyfriend right now but I've travelled many times for longer periods on my own too. I wish you the best and hope that you'll find a will to push through!!
