Damm Taz I feel you, I live alone too and for 3 months I’ve pretty much been on my own and it’s been hard for my mental health too. I make RU-vid videos as well, so it’s sometimes helped me to have something to do to keep busy but it’s not the same as human interaction. I lost my job because of covid so it’s a super weird time, watching your videos has been one of my highlights. Even when you’re going through it you’re still so positive and optimistic. Keep doing you girl and thanks for the transparency, sorry about your fridge. As a fellow person who lives alone, I hope you're considering making a support bubble from tomorrow. I'm lucky enough to work in the NHS and therefore have been going to work and seeing people, but the lack of social interaction with people I love (even for an introvert like me) has been really hard. I relate to you so much, I literally moved into my flat the day before the whole quarantine started! Being on my own has really affected me mentally and normally I’m such a happy energetic person like you taz!! And to be on my own has really put a downer on that 😞.. I rate you for putting a smile on your videos because I know how hard it is being alone during these times.. and I know some days are worse than others but This won’t be like this forever it will get better 💕💕

Taz, dont buy new fridge yet...call handymen (I dont know how you call it 😂) to try to fix it. I tought mine was broken but it turns out it was just left out of gas. I paid about 20 pounds to fix it. P.s. start to workout at home...there are tons of workout videos on yt. It will do good to your mental health, you will move your body and you can choose what to workout. You even have dance workout videos. Try it, you'll feel better. I was working out during quarantine every day and I hate working out. Now when Im not stuck in house anymore, I miss it 😂

Taz, forgetting how to communicate is one of the main symptoms of a vitamin B12 shortage. My shortage got so bad, I started to forget common things, couldn’t form sentences properly and was very exhausted all the time. I also felt disconnected from myself. The doctor gave me B12 supplements and now I’m doing better. There’s a long list on symptoms, please google it! I’m just looking out for you. ✨

when u talked about ur mental health, i really related. these past few weeks haven’t been great all. my mum told be that I’ve been screaming in fear in my sleep and I’ve been really paranoid for multiple reasons and having anxiety and ocd. I’ve also been feeling so bad about my self and like nobody likes me. it’s so hard to open up without crying and whenever i do nobody believes me. :(

One iron rich food I recommend is cereal. I'm vegetarian so it's easy for me to be deficient in iron and cereals are fortified with added vitamins and minerals such as iron b12 so I hope this helps. I'm not saying only eat cereal but it's arlly good source of vitamins especially on a low budget

So about cauliflower-I eat it raw. No, I'm not someone who is on raw food diet. When I was a kid, I had a heart anomaly, so I was not allowed to do, or had to avoid as much as possible, anything that would increase my heart rate-and that includes crying. So, my family tried to minimize the amount of crying by not forcing me to eat foods I don't like. They did have to get veggies in me somehow, however, so instead of feeding me cooked veggies (Which as Taz said, smell and look funny) they gave me whatever they could raw. I had surgery and am fine now, but I still like A LOT of raw vegetables. Also-I feel you Taz. During quarrantine (which ended in Croatia a few weeks ago) we had: a clogged toilet, the shower broke, there was a leak in our kitchen sink pipes INSIDE THE WALL, another leak in our bathroom sink, our oven broke, the door on one wardrobe fell of and a few days ago our blender broke. Our apartment is basically falling apart.
