Hey akshat i remembered that in one video u talked about that u are English graduate and not from a good University, & then u worked in ngo after that Ministry of rural development. With that baggage how u get into insead , getting one thing how u survived there and challenge u faced getting recruited. I believe there are too many takers for that , if u can make a video or write blog that would be great help.

And am not sure why many switching to home schooling, any particular reason behind that? Akshat saves 70% of his total income which means he spends 30%. We know by this video that he spends 2L / month. Hence this 2L becomes the 30% of his total income. 2L/30% = 2L/0.3 = 6.7L which he might be making per month.

@@5agrasen weird, go and give a lil research yes it might decrease carbon footprint a little but economically the country will destroy. Coz after a while all the youngester will become old and we won't have a new young generation who'll run the country? This is the challenge a lot of countries are facing such as Japan and Russia. And even for China, the one child policy has been a disaster. Not having a kid will have a lot more negatives than positives. Akshat, I am a Goan from South Goa but living in Mumbai. I must say that the standard of living is higher in Goa than in Mumbai. Here in Mumbai transport is well regulated....but yes..you get better food in Goa especially fish. Also during an emergency, it's difficult to find good doctors in Goa.
@oldschool472
@oldschool472 2 года назад
What? Goa standard is high or low?? Goa is a village life. So, the cost of living is low. But, it's not easy to get things at your table in goa..it's tough to even get to a local market. There are power , electricity issues every now and then. No internet and mobile networks sucks...so, there are lots of difficulties Good Hospitals are far off. So, the life is tough in goa. The service is not there. You have to literally beg people to get your work done. Customer is at the mercy of others here. So in that perspective, goa is lagging behind. Mumbai and other metro cities are 10 to 20 years faster and ahead of goa.

Thanks Akshat, a great video and kudos to your Transparency! Though I agree that most of the expenses have been covered, I believe one more head could be miscellaneous Medical/Fitness Expenses that one incurs on illness, Diagnostics, Medicines, Gym, Yoga, Sports Etc. It could easily be 4-5k a month. I usually also take into account Gifts/Celebrations that you tend to spend on if you're very social. Lastly, there could be Travel expenses that one incurs once or twice in a year but it could easily go beyond 50k-1 lac per year or even beyond considering how often and lavishly one travels. For most of us living away from families, this could be a non-avoidable fixed expense

Hello Mr. Akshat I regularly watch your videos on stocks and investment ideas and I have a liking to your videos. I run a small fmcg distribution business myself which is a high turnover but low margin business. I have to say I'm not so much impressed by this particular video. See you are saying you are paying a rent of 65 to 70k/month for a villa in Goa. A person who is so meticulous about recording how much is spent on his son's diapers will spend 70k on a rented house. I watched the video again to see if you are paying an EMI of 70k but no it was rent. It doesn't make so much sense to me, also you say in some other video of yours that you prefer going in a scooter rather than a car to save money...i think a person who is capable of paying 70k per month on a house rent dont have to go out in a scooter to save some money. Btw im no one to judge your personal expenditures and habits, but since you have posted this video to the public as an advice on finance. Maybe be you can explain more about this.

I had post this for him and posting again for something to ponder. I had questioned him on why he moved to a RICH state?. Spending 50-60 K on a rich state rental is uncalled for, please go to other state and spend this much . Should you not contribute to other states which doesn't have employment opportunities and where you can contribute to local employment. And why not HP or Uttarakhand which sends tons of Army personals to protect our country, cant you shift there ? and contribute also to national security and nation building . Does this requires any brains? You know its not always financial/Stocks banters. Think about it

Despite any logic, please dont buy a maruti car! Dont prioritize safety over mileage. Today's maruti cars are absolutely unsafe and waste of money. Rather buy tata/mahindra.
