LivingBobby Bobby, if you’re reading this I’d recommend visiting Portugal. Mainly Lisbon, it’s well known for its food and architecture. If you do end up going I recommend you try the “pastel de nata” it’s a bakery good and it’s amazing. I can recommend more stuff if you’re interested.

Hey Bobby I doubt you will see this. But I just wanted to say thank you so much for making your videos. After watching them I always feel inspired to try different cultures foods. These include the Japanese rolled omelets, tacos, and my favorite that I have made so far, CREPES! Bobby trust me I lived in Belgium for a year and I have to tell you their fries are the best the story of origin it's actually interesting Americans seen it Belgium but in wallon Which is french speaking part of Belgium and when returning home to US they Sayed they are french. Plus their are thick because they fry it 2-3 times at different temperatures to make sure it's nice and crispy outside but moist inside. Best sauces in my opinion is Andalusian and samurai they are absolutely fantastic samurai a bit spicy also the mayo has a bit of lemon which gives it a different taste. I miss that country so much

When you went to Amsterdam, you basically bought Belgian fries. The menu plate mentions "Vlaams Friteshuis" and their website states "Beste Vlaamse friet van Amsterdam". Vlaams = Flemish = North part of Belgium. BTW, Belgian Fries FTW!

Not really because you get quality fries instead of ‘normal’ fries. Also all the sauces and stuff they had on the fries cost extra money aswell. I would say it is definitely no scam and the best fries you can get.

The potato discovered in Ireland at 16th century. At the 17th century was already spread to the Europe. Later, potato came to Greece by the Ionnis Kapodistrias, a Russian guy given to Greece as a leader. The potato in Greece was named "devil apple" because it was like an apple grown under the ground. So they cut it like an apple and fried it. Then it was spread to French, Belgium, Italy and other Europe. The name "french fries" was given because Americans back there, didn't know any other language than french. I think then Americans made the first potato chip.
