A Living Solutions branded 18" 'oscillating' high velocity pedestal fan model DSF-1808S. It's no Lakewood, but it's not terrible either. The blade pitch is very shallow, so it runs fast and loud which I don't like, but the sound it makes is relatively pleasant and it moves decent air. For free, I'll take it. For retail price, not so much.

*Small but **Fastly.Cool** .We use it in a very large roompositioned about 10 feet awayin 85F outside heatit keeps us cool. No need to turn on the AC.*

Im very surprised to see that oscillation mechanism! There are very few of its kind. I only really saw them on antique British fans.

The "1214" Date code is probably a December 2014 supposedly. This fan much same as Sekai SFN 1809, since this fan is similar like a Sekai. I do this fan were generic and sold with various brands.

The opposite of Living Solutions would be Dead Problems, not Alive Problems, but nice try. Dead Problems probably would more accurately describe most fans from this brand. The oscillation thing is really neat and far less complicated than I would have expected actually, it just stinks it's not a bigger circumference.

The oscillation makes it feel like a much larger fan when standing in front of it, but I doubt it does much aid in circulating all the air in the room. Interesting concept but poorly executed.
