This was great! I paid $1,516.37 for a cloud sofa @megafurnitureusa in Temp, AZ and I received a firm cushion couch, (it's horrible) the 2 extra pillows were missing, the inner cushions were filthy with dirt (how does that happen), the couch foot was installed crooked, the fabric was mismatched in 2 places, the delivery people punctured the sofa laying bed rails on them, the pillow height was all wrong, there's a sharp protruding nail, and fine lint every on it. @megafurnitureusa sent me a nightmare. Then tried to convince me that firm cushions will soften to cloud Cushions over time like I'm stupid and refused to refund me my money. Vickie and Anna @megafurnitureusa should be fired. This was an excellent review. Thank you. I'll be purchasing the Utopia.

Great! I'm sitting on it right now. 😂 It's so comfortable. I sleep on it sometimes too.

How long did it take to come in ?

It took a couple of months to come in. They were having a higher than usual ordering volume of thay specific couch and I heard from. Neighbor that juat ordered it that it's still taking a couple of months to get them delivered. But it was well worth the wait.
