Living the city life | VLOG! Reuniting with friends, photoshoots, Melbourne nightlife
THE VLOGS WITH CHELS AND ALE ARE HERE! I feel most inspired when I'm around these two lovely humans. They bring out the best in me in many aspects of life - photography & videography, confidence, fashion, adventure etc. I'm excited to bring you all along with us through these vlogs!
In today's video, I pick Ale up from the airport (It was a quick 20-minute Skybus from Southern Cross Station) After getting our much-needed coffee, we collected the first print sample for our new small business, Momento&Co!! It felt surreal holding it in real life. I took Ale to my favourite toastie place, Union Kiosk, where he tried the vegan mushroom, spinach, bazil and mozzarella toastie (I can't get enough of it😍) Then after shopping around at Melbourne central for a bit, we got back into work and continued cropping the images for the collage kits!
Unfortunately, the next day I had woken up with an eye infection, so I didn't vlog that (I was just at the emergency room and then at home in bed) but we did give a quick rundown of the situation. I still wanted to make the most of the time I had with Ale so I chucked on some sunglasses and finally enjoyed the warm weather! We walked around the streets of Melbourne observing the fashion, the architecture and of course, capturing it all. Chels landed in Melbourne that afternoon so we picked her up, got Grill'd Impossible burgers and then checked into their hotel.
We walked along Bourke St to get a few essentials and came across some talented buskers!
That night we went out! We walked through and along Crown and Southbank, It was such a great feeling seeing everyone come together to enjoy a night out after so long. We ended the night at ABC (Asian Beer Cafe) in Melbourne Central and I was able to reunite with Santiago!! (Who I met when I was there for my 18th birthday earlier in the year)
It was an intense but very fun few days!
