Great investment I made for the Lawn maintenance. I mixed fertilizer, weed killer, pest control and soil enhancement and poured it into the system that connects to my sprinkler main line and kept it to low feed rate. The sprinkler system is connected to Rachio automation sprinkler system. The end result is auto fertilization on periodic interval and great resulting lawn. I invested $600 in total for product and labor for installation and the total mix fertilization costs $200 per year. this will give 1.5 yrs break even period as I am eliminating the fertilization company and it charges $650 for 10 application per year. This will now reduce it to apporx. $200 per year in fertilization cost going forward after 1.5 yrs break even.
Best $600.00 I have ever spent for the 2.5 gallon.Vs individually fertilizing my yard . I installed one last year by myself .What a difference it made to al my plants .I use Hunter emitters with the diffuser and they never clog and I water less and save water .Vs using toro emitters that clog and water water and never supply enough water to your plants .I live in Las Vegas and so i need to know my trees are being watered . Trying the new Premium Fill Kit from EZ-FLO Special Offer on our Premium Fill Kit. So how do you get the fertilizer on to wear you want to fertilize. What else do you do other than what you just show. Assuming I’ve never used this system before
That sounds like all your plants got fertilized in two days. There’s nothing wrong with that. You can turn it down the next time you fill it and see how that goes.
I am sorry to bug you; Yes it will depend on the size of the yard, how long you water and also on the size of the unit. But the injector lines and ports are the same on all units. So depending on a certain pressure it should be possible to associate a certain run time unit all as gone. Is there any data available on that? E.g.: on the 5 gallon unit, when run at 45PSI the unit will be depleted in roughly xx hours.
