This is one of the biggest obstacles to staying free... knowing you can't really talk to those who are "upstanding citizens" about your past without being judged. Hard to get people to trust you once they find out about your past. People whom you think can be potential friends can find out all about you with one click of a mouse and most will reject you once they find out. Hard to get a job/housing... etc. Been out 20 years after doing 21 years and basically am alone except for a handful of family/friends.

God will send the right person who will understand. Once you ask God to forgive you that’s all that matters. Be strong.

Remember that the Father forgets our sins as far as the east is from the west. Just lay them at the foot of the cross. God bless you. ❤
