Every year that passes of living with bipolar disorder, you learn so much about how the disorder effects your life, shaping who you are.
My life has seen some huge changes since I first posted a video on this topic. My insight has grown from being able to look at my life from a whole different perspective. How this disorder exists in my life has seen some significant changes.
I was originally going to remove the original video as this covers some of the same things. But I thought it would be useful for people to see the learning curve I have had and how even my own views of the disorder have changed. The previous video was filmed soon after a very dark period of my life. I had reached the lowest point of my depression and the recovery for me was slow. This video has been filmed from a fairly good mental place. I haven't felt 'depressed' in over a year.
I still receive messages about how the previous video has really helped people. For that reason, I figured it was worth keeping up too.

Like I say in the video, I don't have too much more to say on bipolar disorder. But if anyone does have aspects they want to hear more about, I will happily make another video.
