I didn’t realize that you have split the channels - although I must have signed up and done ‘all the things’ as Jason says …. How has that been working - keeping the two channels and their respective content, separate? I’m very interested to know about the swallow study and results of that because it’s such an important piece of dementia related conditions that can quickly become life threatening. I think about you two often and always send you love, care and peace. I don’t have the same condition in my life but I do have a persistent and permanent degenerative matter -- Oh my goodness, it just all it me like a wave of panic … I don’t know how you two are so brave to let everyone on the Internet into your private world … it’s so helpful to people (myself included) but I am sweating just leaving a mildly personal comment … I could never have the earnest, open trust you do and have had since the beginning. I don’t think enough is mentioned about how horribly scary it is to let people into the most delicate and painful pieces of your life. And I know you have excellent boundaries and keep sharing enough to help people learn and feel part of a community - less alone - but also to protect yourselves and each other from hurtful and cruel responses from strangers. I’m sorry, now I’m a mess. I just need to say a deep thank you for touching my life and so many - an incalculable number of others’ lives as well. Be well and stay safe. Enjoy your upcoming family time and I look forward to your next update, very much. ☮️🌷😉

Jason, I admire you so much, in spite of the challenges you are facing, you still try to be active, and you still have a sense of humor. Your sharing your challenges lets others see that there is life after this type of diagnosis! It's so neat that you are brewing beer, my dad did that and really enjoyed it. Leslie, we can all hope to have a partner as supportive as you!!

The best for you honey and Jason....Dementia is so hard! I had been taking care of my mother with dementia (she lived with us for 10 years), along with my mother my dad had it and now my husband 's mother has it. We have been taking care of dementia parents now going on 20 years. They are so different in there stages!!!! Take one day at a time honey and just love him!! (which I know you do)....I have had to take a shower and/or a walk at times....Make sure you take care of yourself...being the caregiver of a loved one is harder too! Much love your way!!!!

Thank you for sharing your story (both of you). I can only find dementia videos on the tail-end of the disorder, when the dementia patient can no longer speak. My grandmother had Alzheimer’s, and nobody knew what that was back then. Her hearing began to deteriorate at the same time she was doing odd things like putting milk in the cupboard. My aunt would yell at her, but she never thought to question why my grandmother was behaving oddly. I saw her doing odd things as I spent the summer with her, but I was such a meek kid that I didn’t question it. I just assumed she was trying to teach me something when she poured Ivory dish soap in the coffee grounds as she stared at me smiling, then later blamed me for failing to rinse the dishes properly when my aunt-once again-yelled at her for the soapy tasting coffee with bubbles. I believe the dementia on that side of the family is caused by a Fragile-X associated condition called FXTAS.

So good to hear what is happening with Jason and lewy body. You both look fantastic. I was wondering if you might also speak about the results of the syn one test Jason had a while back. My husband has lewy body also and the same leg twitching at night in bed! I think I will try to video that action too. It will be good to show his neurologist. Love you both! ❤️ is

Thank you for sharing and doing these clips. You mentioned TBI . Is this a trigger for Jason’s Dementia. My husband has just been diagnosed with Pseudo dementia. It’s very hard as he has depression along with the behaviour and memory challenges life has changed a lot. We were suggested to have an FMRI scan. Anyway you are doing great

Your posts are being dropped on RU-vid lately, some older ones with later dates…not sure when they were originally made. Is there a way of putting the actual date of the post? I’ve been watching for a while and realize after I start watching that I’ve already seen it even though it says it was posted a few hours ago. Not sure why this is happening

My husband has Parkinson's and his legs do that same thing. What does Jason take for that? We were given gabapentin, but it doesn't really work.

On a previous video they explained that sometimes Jason’s hand freezes up, like he has a Charlie horse in his hand. I am pretty sure they were referring to this. Hope this helps!

It looks like they had about 9 or 10 videos and uploaded most of them four hours ago. I think they’re missing the first few videos. I’m not sure if they already had them up and pulled them down to edit them, or what’s going on. But they are helpful.
