That's always been my biggest problem with GM. Even Escalades back seats are extremely uncomfortable. Do they think no one ever uses them? It's because of the lousy 2nd row seating that I won't even consider GM products.
You don’t buy an American car for luxury- I thought we figured that out in the 80s. Gm still had those couch like bench seats at the time but shit started going downhill fast after the early 2000s all of that went out the window.
I'm sorry, but there is nothing solid sounding about new car doors shutting. They make the same noise you hear when somebody hits you with a pillow. Go back in time 35+ years and shut a truck's door... THAT'S solid sounding!
FAR too much electroic BS. WISH someone made a badicwork truck again. I am so over all these lifted luxury sedans with exposed trunks. Two doors and a bench gets the job done.
Sorry should have put more money on making decent rear passenger seats one of the worst seat's ever on all gmc - Chevy trucks, you will actually be in serious lower back and buttocks pain on any more than 4 road trips not worth the price for it's low seating comfort.
I just bought a 2017 2500 HD Denali, with only 45k original miles. It's like brand new. I paid 59k for it. My mechanic took 2 guys, and could not find one thing wrong with it. It is comfortable and quiet as fuck, and tows my 6400 lb trailer like it isn't there. You can find em. Just need to look.
There are variations of different horns in the auto industry and GMC uses some of the best and most pronounced that are available. It sounds incredibly solid to me
It's the one down from the Chevy Lairdbutt. The Lairdbutt has an inbuilt toilet at every seat, an auto septic tank emptying system, an inbuilt burger, wings, pizza, soda and ice-cream dispenser and can sit 4 average sized Americans weighing 1200lbs each in comfort
Seating position is built for a girl. The old saying I can take my living room with me is done lol. I just took a road trip in my truck 1000 miles and it was like sitting on a park bench. Good way to explain the new style of gm trucks is like having a flashy street bike. All looks and no comfort.
and you should have speed dial tow truck service when your transmission goes out after you spent 80k+ shame on you GM a problem for years and you have done nothing
@@mikehampton6070 the column shifter isn’t going to cause transmission issues lol, but everyone has different taste. I personally don’t like having a floor style shifter because it seems like a dumb use of space if you can throw it on the steering column.
I've owned this truck for about seven months, and I kind of regret buying it. I also own an SQ5 that I bought for much less, and it's been a nicer overall ride. My boyfriend usually takes the truck to work, so I don't really deal with it much anymore.
Basically spend around 80k for more USB ports and cup holders and a solid horn. Terrible review it’s almost like if you know nothing about the actual truck. Just wanted to do a review on how “solid” it sounds 😂
I just want to know why they won't make the 40/20/40 front seats in the top trim anymore i get that you'd lose some of the center console stuff but you should be able to get everything else but no you can't
Well even though this is my favorite dream truck to pull my horses with and as much as I'm madly in love with that damn thing better keep praying for lottery tickets to give me a hand.
Why is the trailer brake controller right in the center of the dash? Seems kinda like a dumb waste of space in a place where something with more usefulness could be
