This becomes so much more true when compared to the manga. Livi basically says half of this at the end of the sand empire arc and throughout the second arc with luna. Great video! the song choice is spot on.

But on this one, it's to really impose that his word is law. They might be doing all those slap-stick humor but Nike should know better when to take things lightly and when to really step back. He warned her before and now he seemed to have lost it and everyone's in danger.
