So as promised in the Collings Bros open day video, we've had a look at Deutz Fahr's largest combine, the C9306 TSB equipped with a 25ft header. Liz was in charge as she normally tends to drive the combine.
I remember seeing those JCB tractors going down the highway on my trip to Australia in 2002. When my family sold the farm in 1981 I never thought that a company would build tractors that could go over 40 mph.
Now what's going on here gang . Seen Liz this week doing her guest appearance on the combine , which was very good . Then blow me she's sneaked up on us again in a new combine lol. Looked a handy bit of kit with was it 26foot header ! Great stuff have a great weekend George & Liz hope it doesn't get stupid hot 👍👍

What a great machine! Looks good, appears to be basic enough even for someone like me that's never driven a combine could learn to operate it within a short time. Normally, modern tractors and stuff are of little interest if they are too technical with buttons and monitors everywhere. Well done Deutz Fahr!
I used to love to old top liners they had some tune out them at full tilt. Great video It's nice to see Deutz making a comeback. Interestingly it has a merc engine you'd think it would be deutz exclusively? I miss the sound of the old air cooled machines.
Nice piece of kit very nicely finished fair play to liz she has great knowledge on things a pleasure to listen to is this combine new on the market i don't come across them much here in Ireland in comparison to other makes i saw yesterday on similar it was a demo model too just arriving back to the main dealer looked nice too
What an awesome bit of kit , we’ve taken to combine spotting when we’ve been out evening flying down here is Sussex 😂 Always good to see Liz , I really enjoy the content she features in.
Interesting DF don’t offer combine for sale here in Australia but definitely worthy replacement around class 5/6. If I got DF combine I would get 35ft header from McDon. Like cab control layout n access to engine👍thanks Liz n Collings Brothers for demonstration of new DF combine.
She would look good in black George! ;) Sounds sweet. I thought you looked a tad uncomfortable with that shuttle after your explanation I understand Liz! Easy when you know how! Thrown in at the deep end to try it out, but sometimes that's better. Sadly saw a combine being dampened down standing there burnt out and also another field, had been burnt, extinguished just before the fire break put in by the farmer. Within a couple of miles of each other, just shows how dry everywhere is and only getting worse!
Cracking looking combine, lot different to the 4080/90 hts and 8xl I used to work on at a former deutz dealer, having been around massey and John deere combines the deutz machines all ways seemed to be behind in the technology side, but looks like they have caught up big time with this machine.
This video is sooooo refreshing to watch George something different…and not the normal makes which after a while just become boring😫😖 What a cracking bit of kit really liked that…Liz would make a good demonstrator😊😊pity the combine wasn’t on her way back to your yard and her new home🤔 Will we be lucky enough to see a Deutz tractor demo??? Looks mean in the field, a neighbour of ours had a couple of Duetz Fahr combines and I think the best memory they had of them was when the lexion 550 turned up in its place. 👍 Our john deere 1075 used to have those big levers to engage the drum and the header amd auger, we used to have a ball of twine In front of them and I spent many hours sat there riding with my dad as we harvested

Evening George, the character driving that new Deutz Fahr Combine in the latest Saunders Farms video bears an uncanny resemblance to Liz. All joking apart a very nice machine that would give that flash neighbour of yours a run for their money in the next comparison of equipment video.
