The woman testifying is one of the best acted cameos they have on 30 Rock, the delivery is just perfect. I know this word for word and it still makes me laugh, she's just spot on.

I had to look her up because you're right, she really was fantastic. Her name is Jackie Hoffman and as I expected she's done Broadway in addition to being a character actress in a lot of movies and TV shows. Very funny scene.

After this episode, when Liz went into the “Arsonist Lady” mindset, that lady’s musical motif would play. I don’t see people talking about it, but I think 30 Rock created and used the best orchestral musical scores in comedy.

It isn't her. Mary Cooper was played by Laurie Metcalf. She is famous for playing Jackie Harris on _Roseanne_ . Ms. Rochelle Gaulke was played by Jackie Hoffman. She recently did a cameo in _Glass Onion_ as Duke Cody's (Dave Bautista's) Mother.

Ms Gaulke is fascinating, she has the charisma of a German warrior queen. Sie ist Feuer. Also the doggo asleep aside Tina Fey is adorable, it contrasts perfectly with the III reich's vibes of Ms Gaulke.

The geography of the attempted arson has always confused me. They start off in Liz's office, which sits off the main writers' room, Liz then holds the door open, glaring at them while they all leave her office, leaving her alone in her office. She starts the fire, which consumes the door - her only way out. But then they switch to the rescue where everyone is now escaping from her office back to the writers' room? Camera inversion? deleted scene? portal/wormhole? Canal Yards Project?
