In general, learn the mechanics of each stage and what you can't bring, and learn properly what each unit you have does. Make sure you have proper art regeneration and sustain the hits, whether it's through damage negation or healing it back, and you can enjoy the game
Some units like Hart and Juno and Emperor and Fen provide arts to the whole team which lets you use your arts (skills). 100 for Normal Arts, 200 for True Arts/Phantom Bullets, 300 for Super Arts.
You have to make sure the artgen type stacks with each other because it's not written what type they are in the game, so you have to check the official discord to know the types of artgen.
