I don't feel that the decision to charge the truck driver was right. The truck has right of way. The bus driver coming from the left , instead of waiting for the truck driver to pass, came out onto the main premature. The woman crossed the road & was basically crossing over on to a oncoming junction. If anyone were to blame, it would be 50% the bus driver & 50% the woman crossing in the wrong place. ❤💛💚
