probably the original footage was shaking, and it got a 3sat logo standing still. if you then stabilize the picture with after effects or something, the concert will be still, but then the logo/frame will shake instead. whoever did this did something good to it, it would be worse if the image did this and not the frame :) the cameraman should definitely see a neurologist though. the GUITAR at 2:10 is the best playing I've heard, and instantly became my favorite guitar after 18 years (start date of my previous favorite :))). big up
