Watch out, you do a good job putting it on one time and next thing you know you're the guy in the family who has to put everyone's screen protectors on from then on.
Bizarre so many are having trouble with this. I watched the video once and had a perfect application on my first try. I'm actually really impressed with the results - you cannot tell it's on, except for the slightest soft/tacky feel if you tap your fingernail to the screen. This beats the hell out of the wet-application watch protectors I've used in the past.
Worked great the first time. Thank you. A little tip: Have everything taken out and ready. Leave the alcohol wipe on while you pick up the cloth. Leave the cloth on while you pick up the dust absorber, and leave that on while you pick up the covered film. Keep the screen covered because dust is like Jurassic Park dinosaurs…”it will find a way”!
I think I know where everyone is getting confused.. on tab 2, the plastic is supposed to lift. It feels like you’re pulling the protector off however halfway you will hit a green pattern on the watch. This is where you push the air bubble remover forward while holding tab 2 and repeat for number 3. It’s not very well explained in the video so I get that’s how people are confused. However, when the protector is on you can hardly notice it.
I almost burst into tears with anger doing this. I used 4 before I figured it out. It’s in two pieces and the thing you stick first is the cover, not the other way around. Great when it works but not for the feint hearted.
@@m.n.r4222 hey man , me also failed 4 times already to install it on the watch. I got 2 more tries, will try in few days but i'm nervous as hell. This is pretty tough (I had someone else try to help me as well, they failed same as me)
I am so happy I looked at the comments before doing this because now I only used one instead of the whole pack So thanks to all of you sacrificed so that you could help the others
Succeeded on first try! Really helpful video, paused between the steps to copy the step. Watched the screen closely to check if all the bubbles were pressed out. When I was finished, I did have a line in the middle of the screen. Someone said you can press this one out with your fingers though. I don't see the line when the screen is always on, so I don't mind. The alcohol pad is really juicy which is nice, cleaned my phone and tablet with it too. If you get some gunk of the foam glue on the table like I had on my glass table, you can use the alcohol pad to clean it. Cleaned some other spots on the table with it as well.
This is the best screen protector for apple watch. I have a series 6 but I have used LK screen protectors since series 4. I have to say, this design is so much better than the original LK design. I wasted 2-3 with the the old protectors in the yellow/black package. This new design in blue/black package is great! The round sticky holder works perfectly - just don’t use it on an expensive dining room table (LOL!). It does get a little confusing after step 1, but if you watch the video a couple of times, you’ll get it. The video is exactly how it works. I hope they keep making these for series 7 watch and beyond!
Super easy if you follow instructions and watch the video closely. Got it on the first try and it looks so good you can’t even tell it’s on there. Thanks!
Worked great. Watched the video...first one installed great. Took a min to realize you need the green middle section to come off to get it. Glad there’s 6 but for now...only needed one.
I’ve done it on the first try, was not as easy as it look on the video but still doable. Just take your time and rewatch if you’re not sure. I have two tiny bubbles but you can’t see them when the screen is turned on
This one is tricky it wasn’t until the second one that I realized you need to peel the bottom and not the top off when you pull number one the top is connected to number four and meant to align the center and is the “wax paper” for the bubble remover to go over before you take it off
I did it in 3. The bumper I put on messed up a corner of the protector first two times, but the film went on okay. The third attempt also lifted the film, but I can live with it.
Much better that the old video and protectors I used a few years ago of the same product. It's not unusual for me to have to do it twice and this was no exception had a bit of dirt I didn't see until the end.
Just installed my second one after quite a few months of protection (can't remember when I put it on). I did use two the first time but this time just one. Instructions aren't the best but protector lasted.
It's the best fitting protector I ever installed, worth the extra time to setup, saved time later as no bubbles or lint getting stuck! I couldn't believe I did it first try, it's so hard to see the protector on that I had to verify under light to see the second layer
Literally took me fucking up the first one then taking a second one apart layer by layer to figure it out for the third on the video is a waste of time. This was 6 months ago you posted this was the protector any good?
I was really worried about this after reading all the comments, but even after one tab accidentally falling off too early I was still able to get it on without issue!
I've noticed if you have bubbles show up a while after installing the screen protector that running it under hot water and then pressing on the bubbles takes them away
There’s a bit of a learning curve. It took me 2 tries but I got it in the end! Definitely watch and listen carefully. I recommend watching in its entirety first. Then watch it again and applying while watching the video, stopping it if you have to.
Super easy, these have to be the best Apple Watch screen protectors I've used. Don't rush and it will apply with nearly no way to even see it on the watch screen.
This was very easy, though worth emphasising that when they say "lift tab 2", they *really* mean lift it, as in lift until the hard plastic can be pushed away from the watch using the squeegee (hint: you want it almost vertical, then when you push with the squeegee you'll see the bottom of the hard plastic attached to the tab move away from the film itself).
Just removed the first one I had on for months there was nothing wrong with it no scratches nothing I replaced it with a new one same one this is the best plastic screen protector I ever used 👍👍👍
This is great. it came with a bunch of screen protectors- and I finally got one on that I was satisfied with, after a couple tries. After several months of wearing one, it started to peel off from regular everyday use and hitting the gym. Anyway, I just now replaced it with one of the spares left. And honestly, this is great, im so happy with this purchase because the best part is i have 2 extra spares left. Thank you LK!
I would like to know how to remove it now that Ive installed it but still found a little bubble. Also when it is time to replace the screen protector. Thank you!
-Perfekt!! Sehr gutes Erklärungsvideo zur Installation der 44mm Apple Watch Displayschutzfolie. Wenn Sie den Schritten nacheinander folgen, ist der Protektor perfekt. Danke vielmals.
6 come in the box. It took me 4 tries to put on which left me with 2 spare. The number one tab kept breaking off. I put a bumper case on and it peeled the protector off, so I went to reapply another and did it first try leaving me with another spare one. Good concept but I think the design of the application process it quite bad. Also there’s no bubbles but slight watermarking or rippling effects all over the screen. Since I have apple care I may just take it off and chance it.
Honestly... once you get it down it’s a great investment. Took me about two wasted to figure it out but then I had the same protector on for a year. Came back because I forgot how to do it and I needed to change it out.😂
@@martinorozco6759 Just started coming up on the corner a bit. I don’t have a bumper in my watch and I’m pretty reckless with it so making a year is solid for me.
messed up the first screen protector cause I somehow moved the screen protector when I was using the squeezing tool but second installation was fine. Looks invisible and easy instructions to follow
I did it second try no prob. Could have done it first try but thought I had messed up but actually didn't and scrapped it. When I got to tab 2 it got a little confusing because you're pulling off plsstic, not the white part.
I watched the video twice and had no problems applying the protection layer the first time. I can’t say anything about the durability yet, but so far very pleased.
