I think this is wrong. You have to find the distance of the point from the XY line and mark it over the auxiliary plane. Once check, just a suggestion.

It's all about projection lines u need to take the distance of FV and take that length in Auxiliary plane

if i draw the front view of the plane belew the top view what is the problem

This is a first angle projection, so when the plane is rotated the projection of top view is seen on below the axis line . So the front view will be on top and the top view will be below the axis line
