Really excellent layout... look forward to seeing more... the music was very annoying though... don't know what background noise you had, the noise of the trains going round is a lot better than any music and gives a better atmosphere
Great video and a truly engaging layout - the music is very annoying and if you can get rid please do so as the preference would be to listen to the trains for the full immersive experience.
Right at the start (about 38 seconds in) what is the DMU in the right most platform? I've been looking for a model of one with that specific configuration for a while, but never seemed to find one
15 Minutes of pure magic, I forgot i was still at work. I fell into this wonderful layout in seconds, apart from all of it my favourite part is the ground. Its brilliant and something i hope is on display at the Marshal arena this year in Milton Keynes, then i can show my lad and convince him there is another world out there.
Love the 33 and 5 MK 1's Takes me back Waterloo to Salisbury, Ports Harbour to Bristol, Have you a Blue 31? Take a Coach off and you have a Weymouth to Bristol Set, I just have steam but that is bloody brilliant mate, Big Well Done, I was a Guard at Woking, Eastleigh, Driver at Eff Jct, Guildford Salisbury, Bournemouth. Totally knocked out with this😍
Oh sorry, but I liked the music................at least you muted it during the bit with the sound locos. I've seen this layout on here before, yes it's there if you look hard enough, although 15 mins is much better than what I've seen before, which is usually 1 to 2 minutes................The layout is truely wonderful, and has a great story behind it. @Steve luckhurst Have you made the same comment to others (quite a few) who love the layout but find the choice of music annoying which detracts from the reason of watching, layouts built by people who's skills far outstrip their own including me. Shame.
@@shanestephens2877 Do I have too? I found the music irritating too, so I muted it and the irritation went away. Simple! Do you expect everything in life to be to your liking? Nobody is going to change just for you, so it's up to you to find a solution. I doubt if he's losing sleep because Shane Stephens didn't want to watch until the end ! Your loss btw.
Since I saw this layout in Hornby Magazine it’s one of my favourite layouts. Love the rolling stock and design of it all. Hope my layout is half as good when finished. @Mapplewell_Park
