There does appear to be a problem recruiting younger members to join these choirs. I do hope this can be overcome and the wonderful tradition maintained.
Lovely, brought back many memories of school assemblies.. shame they had to compete with an over zealous pianist though, I would have much preferred to have heard the choir more prominently, not the other way round.
I am a former member of Felling Male Voice Choir in NE England & must say that Welsh choirs are vastly overrated. Just ask which choir - including male, female & mixed - won the Festival of Britain Trophy. Felling did !!!!
