@@Good4HealthBad4Education You undercut your own argument by even bringing up “style” and not sticking to “talent” or “ability.” The Twins could easily mimic Alex’s _style,_ but could Alex perform the same moves as Laurent or Larry? Honestly? It’s probably a “No.” So when you claim it wasn’t even “close,” yet they were evenly tied and had to go to a tiebreaker which in fact indicates a relative parity in their skill levels, you just sound like a noob.

@@krisjones4051 Many dancers can do the tricks of Larry and Laurent as well. That famous deathdrop from Laurent that's not that hard to do for dancers for example. And dancing is not about flashy moves and just hop around the stage. It's way more complicated then that. And Alex understands that. What Les Twins stand out for are the creativity, charisma, musciality. Yes I prefer watching Les Twins over any other dancers. But Alex is a top tier dancer as well. Rubix as well. He has crazy moves, but he loses cuz he do powermoves all the time and just jump like a wild man on stage. Timing, rhytm and flow are more important then u think.

So your argument is lacking. What makes you think dancing is best conducted within a contained 5x5ft box (speaking tongue in cheek obviously)? Rubix employs the entire stage in order to make his statements, but this is not anything you can qualitatively rank. I never said I had anything against Alex, but he’s basic. That’s his niche-cool. Groove, timing, staying in the pocket, etc. Are you saying Les Twins _don’t_ do that..? I just find it funny that people always assume that when someone says Les Twins got robbed by the judges, that’s it’s predicated *just* on their energy, stage presence and “flashy moves.” No, I’m saying that everything Alex did, Larry did BETTER and his interpretation of the song had more creativity at face value. Now of course you can retort that his tendency to “color outside the lines” sacrifices his chances of winning at the altar of “creativity,” but does it though?? He went *4* rounds with Alex *because* the judges thought it was such a close call. My contention is purely that Larry was better and Alex only edged him out because he’s more orthodox which is probably why he won during a 4th round tiebreaker. Same with Majid vs Laurent-AND for what it’s worth I think Majid is better than Alex.

Dumbest comment section i've seen. Kris, you clearly don't know what you are talking about and are extremely butthurt considering your initial reply and the reply to others in this comment section. If Rubix, Kefton, Nelson, Batalla sees something in Alex that you don't then it clearly is you that is the issue. You can write paragraphs all you want but if your favorite dancer is in the background amazed by someone and you call that person "basic" then that speaks for itself. Can judges be wrong? Yes, they dont have videos to watch back and rewind things and catch everything. Have I disagreed with votes? Yes, but that does not mean for me to go cry about it in every fucking youtube video regarding that dancer. Alex didn't vote - if you want to be upset, be upset at the judges.
