How the hell do you find enough operators to run all those heavies that know what they are doing and actually show up to work? In the last 15 years or so all I ever seem to find are drivers whose ability to haul freight in a dry van is questionable. I actually had one guy hook up a snatch block backwards

The owner is retired. The son ran the business I worked there the rollback that was still solid black was my truck he was getting ready to do. I was in the hospital and got word of him retiring. And he took damn good of his employees
