You should still try dodging tho. For example if you're fighting Azhdaha don't try to stay next to him during the stomping phase just bc there's a c2+ zhongli protecting yall, the shield isn't invincible and it's pretty annoying for some shielders when teammates try to tank everything just because they're under a shield and end up dying when they could have survived easily

@_mirary_ exactly. A co-op teammate did that to me (Face tanked every hit) and died. They then had the audacity to say, "I thought the shield was stronger." Mind you, it's not like the shield was JUST applied, too.

@@_mirary_ oh no I definitely don’t and try to tank his stomps. I ran away as soon as he does that 😅 I was referring to the smaller attacks from the bosses. Like when fighting childe, I can just focus on taking him down instead of worrying about his attacks.

Do as your companions do: spam attacks and hope that auto aim works (unless you're using a charged attack bow user, then you just suffer)

@@catpoke9557a trick for bow users is to aim at the direction of the damage numbers! Or just use Tighnari/Yoimiya for the auto-aim, that works really well-

I just spam attack close to the boss and it works. The main problem with so many effects flying around is figuring out when to dodge since the effects obscure the attack indicators.

My dream is literally having C2 zhongli I have like 57k hp with 35% shield strength. Imagine people having that kind of shield 😂

That's impressive! However shield strength only counts on the character that has it, so if he has shield strength% the shield will only be stronger on him (saying this as someone who recently studied the shield system to build Layla thanks to C0 Neuvilette)

@@toxicsukahxz1341I'm pretty sure that scaling issue is for characters that scale via defense and zhongli scales via hp so his shield is just as efficient on a level 1 character as it is on him

@@dakshworlikar7099 the shield itself is not affected, it will still be really strong, but specifically the shield strenght% only adds up if the character being protectec has it. For example if you have Zhongli as a shielder, Yoimiya with shield percentage and Eula without shield percentage, Zhongli's shield would still work perfectly on Eula, but hers would break earlier than Yoimiya's! It was tested and proved to be the case on the video i saw to study (you can find it on Sevvyplays's channel i think) It's a bit confusing but when you get the gist of it, it's easy

@@toxicsukahxz1341For zhongli you can just use the 2 sets that each give 20%hp at their 2 piece substat 1 being tenacity and with enough time you can just have a god like shield for eg: mine is at 60k so I barely even have to dodge So you are right shield strength counts on that certain characters but hp% counts universal

The team had 2 of the strongest dps in the game, i dont think it was gonna be a challange even if you didnt use Zhongli lol. Even then Furina healing mode is busted in co-op.

Zhongli has a 40 cost burst. The pillar energy gain is somewhat random but with C1 you get 2 pillars so it becomes more consistent. Give him some ER in substats and his burst will always be up

I'm rethinking my decision now 😢.. actually I accidentally got her weapon now I want her of course but she seems super complicated.. what to do!..why the heck i didn't get lyney weapon 😭.. I got her at a low pity thankfully and about her dmg, she is using hutao artifact set which lyney was using before and her lvl 60 and weapon lvl 70.. BUT i don't know how and why she hit 351k with her burst on fountain robot boss but that was a rare hit i didn't manage to get again till now.. atk 1900 cd 213% cr 56% without dmg bonus.. I started farming her artifacts .. But she's damn hard to use and already ate 50 eggs in a day 😟.. even zhongli sheild doesn't help on abyss.. But yeah kinda like her son.. high risk high dmg type.. I'm more than okay as I will be aiming for c1 on her rerun.. 😊

imo she is way simpler than hutao, in terms of attack. The confusion comes from BoL which you are prevented from being healed. And for C0 you need to wait 5 seconds for your E's mark to fully charge before CA to gain the maximum amount of buff (BoL) when against single enemy. After that it's all about normal attacks with hydro/electro application support. You can even skip the 5 sec wait if you are fighting against a group of enemies. Tbh dps are always squishy except neuv, if you have difficulty dodging, use a shielder with her.

@@SPJ-88yeah shes so ez to use. Just mark enemies with e, absorb it with a charge atk, and then just fight. If its single-player, wait for 5 seconds before absorbing.

Next to Neuvillette she’s one of the easiest characters to play. Skill, set up other teammates stuff, then charged attack when her mark “blooms” and then NA as much as you can.

I think it's ok to ask players for certain types of characters if yours can benefit the team with them..for example asking for a healer for Furina or a shielder for C0 Neuvilette or Yoimiya, but demanding or acting like you NEED those is really annoying :( Especially because it's completely possible to play decently without them, it's just a bit harder But i usually don't ask anyway, even if i benefit from it, because i find random bullshit teams to be a lot more fun to play!

Neuvi and ‘Rina kinda carried both of y’all but that’s okay 😆 A friend of mine has C4 Zhongli, will get C6 eventually, and he’s always super helpful in co-op.
