A guy purchased this LMH Walbro 1A-3-3 carburetor off from us thru PayPal ON February 28th 2024. He then makes a complaint to his Bank on june-24-24. He told his Bank that the item is not as described! The first Customer in over 15 years to make a complaint against us. We have sold over 300 on Ebay with not one complaint! Ebay would even Vouch for that! We sold maybe like 10 thru PayPal. It just ticks me off because we do these videos so the buyer can first view the carburetor in good working order, before they make their purchase. Here is another problem We have with this person! February to June 24-24 is how long? 4 MONTHS!!! How much fiddling did He do to the carburetor? He also Never came to us wanting to do a return! Listen up People! If you have a carburetor that you see that works this good and then put it on your engine and it does not want to work right to where it pops and bangs back thru the carburetor, then I suggest you have a good look into your valves to get them lashed or re ground because it is not the carburetor. It can also be the Key way is sheared on the Flywheel where it is causing it to be slightly out of time! That buyer needs to be blocked by everyone! Makes me so dang mad because this is the first complaint EVER! This video was just now made public today 6-23-2024 to put this buyer Mr. Liar Waddell on Notice to other business sellers!
This case is still Open thru PayPal as of 7-24-2024. Cannot figure out what is taking PayPal so long. It has now been over two months and the case is still open!
UPDATE! 8-3-24 The person who purchased this carburetor did not go thru PayPal to have them make the decision. They went to their Bank and claimed that it was not as described and had their Bank do a charge back. I just spoke with PayPal and they (at PayPal) said; "Had This person went thru them, They they would of most definitely ruled in favor of Me but, because He went thru his Bank, Then the Bank will most likely never even look at the case (The evidence that I presented to PayPal was this video link for them to view, with photos, and only two contacts that He made to us from February to March.) PayPal Continuing; "and then they will Automatically rule in Favor of their customer." I was like, WOW!! I wish PayPal would of told me this in the very Beginning!!! They could not even tell me what bank This Mr. Scammer Waddell used! I will be doing some digging and then report His Bank to the Better Business Bureau and try to get my funds back that way! As of right now, This person gets to keep my 317 dollar carburetor as well! I have over 125 alone in the power valve, nozzle and kit in it. That does not count the Carburetor itself and Labor involved of doing everything! Had we known that that this would have been ruled in his favor!, Then We would of gave him a refund upon return of the item! Even if He messed it up within those four months of messing with it! We would have still gave him a refund regardless of any damage! Just to at least not feel like I do now of being ripped off on now of over 450 bucks!! Been with Paypal for Over 15 years and never thought for a minute that something like this could happen! They had no protection for me! This is not only a stab in the back but with a twist of the blade to have allowed this to happen to me! Sometimes you have to learn the hard way and look at the bright side and say, "It could have been more that I could have lost!" Kind of more upset that this guy ruined my long record! I have always been real particular how well these work! I want it to work like I want it to on my engine! That is how I have always sold them. Never will I ever do another transaction thru PayPal. This is a warning to you all as to what a buyer can do to you, thru Paypal! The person I talked to at Paypal?, He even told me this.... "You think you lost a lot of money, (rhetorical) We have recently dealt with a case where a person went an bought a louis vuitton Hand Bag that the cost was in the thousands and then the buyer went thru their bank to do a charge back an said it was not as described!" He (at PayPal) then added; "And they were louis vuitton where the purchase was made!". Bottom line is, Sales for these carbs. or anything will no longer be made thru paypal!

The case was overturned an found in Our favor. I guess the bank did whatever they should of done sooner an PayPal reimbursed the 312.83 plus an Extra 15.00 Reversal fee for a total of $332.80 sent back to the PayPal account! The case is now closed! Finally!, The real outcome of what should of been done in the beginning! Feel free to comment of what you all believe from your own view of this video. Be very meticulous when approaching the LMH with a rebuild in mind!!! AGAIN!!! My experience with them is in the 100's over the past 40 plus years!!!
