This video deserves more views than this. This is a true situation here in Kamloops Canada. Students don’t get job opportunities because most of employers (specifically their HR departments) involved in this business. They hire foreign workers through LMIA, by selling it to thousands of dollars for the positions like food counter attendants or restaurant supervisors. Even Bc job bank has so many fraudulent job openings those aren’t even exist, cause when we personally went to the store to drop off the resume, they says they don’t have any opportunities. Authorities are sleeping.

Thank you for your kind words about the video. Yes, it is very hard to control this illegal sale of LMIAs. Not impossible though, but it has to be made a priority.

I am affiliated with two housemates who came here on LMIA fraud. As a Canadian citizen this infuriates me. How can I report them and will this lead to something?

The current situation in Canada is terrible. I recommend avoiding the country and considering other options. The economy is getting worse by the day. Unemployment is rising. Long lines for low paying jobs. Canada is no longer a good option for immigration.

I'm not sure what you mean, as there is no such thing as an open LMIA. LMIA based work permits are closed, not open.

@@rashid_ali Sir My friend recently moved to Canada, he paid for the LMIA and once he reached there he will change into an open work permit to change employer? Its possible? me also looking for that same way but after your looking video about paid LMIA will create a problem in future for processing PR. Actually I am looking for your consultation later, I am 40 year old still and master degree, 15 year experience, still i can able to apply PR Visa.. and many consultants told almost less chances for me.

The problem is everyone knows its illegal but non-canadians dont give a shit about defrauding Canadian systems and our gov doesnt want to put in the effort to stop this.
