Yeah is this song was released today, that line would be "I've tried to *text* you twice." Or "I've tried to *tweet* you twice." My how times have changed 😂
Exactly. I feel the only reason this song never got much recognition is b/c the band members weren’t pretty teenage boys (Like Justin T, Nick Carter, Jesse Mcartney, etc). If the members were 16, I guarantee you, they would’ve been the “it group” of 2002-2003.
This song will always hold a special place in my heart, It was a gift , given to me by my late brother, i remembered watching it on his laptop as Naruto and hinata amv
Heard on the radio as a very young teenager, and had good times with good friends around it. Thought of it now, and even in this day and age, all of the good memories come flooding back. I love music.
Same here, at 12 and 13 years old, I heard this on radio Disney as well as an episode of Lizzie McGuire. This song had the potential of making it big, and perhaps becoming the “One Direction” of the early 2000s
@ NK-dk5jg The song was really good. I think this band would’ve gotten a lot more recognition is the guys were typical cute teen heartthrobs (like between the ages of 16-21) like other well known boybands. These guys were average looking (no offense) and look like they’re in their mid-late 20s.
Well today my sister nade me cry lol. When we were kids we went so hard on this song, it wasnt a song i enjoyed at the start but i loved seeing my sister happy and eventually it grew on me. We even performed a dance to this song for a school talent show. And as the years passed i slowly forgot about all that until my sis sends me a video over on discord and just says "lets do a sibling test tell me if any of this rings a bell" and she starts playing her cover of the song and even doing the same dance we did back in elementary school. I was so overcome with nostalgia i started bawling my eyes out. I had no idea something as simple as a song could do that to someone. Just goes to show how powerful music can be either alone or when its conected to someone you love.
I remember listening to this all the time as a kid back in like 2010 and here I am in 2018. This song just popped in my head one time and I was like CHILDHOOD HEEEYYYY
I'm not as old as some people in this comment section, I was born closer to the end of the 2000's, but I have strings of memories from siblings and cousins with some late 90's early 2000's stuff. This song was one of these.
Holy shit. I don't know why, but this song just popped up in my head like after not hearing for like 15 years. The nostalgia is hitting me hard aaaaaaa
Last time I listened to this song I was 14, it was the year my grandma passed away so I don't exactly have the best memories associated to it, but now I'm 27 and damn, I don't remember it being *this* nice
Damn nostalgia I never liked this song as a kid but it just reminds me of the family roadtrips when radio Disney would be one of the last stations I could hear on my Walkman as our family van drove through the desert highway and then bam searching the am band radio Disney would pop up signaling we were getting closer to our destination
