LNER refuse a wheelchair user 

Two wheelchair users; two wheelchair spaces. Surely this should work?
Myself and another wheelchair user attempt to catch the 12:27 Newcastle to London on Monday 9th March 2020. But staff put luggage in the second wheelchair space and then tell the wheelchair user there's not enough space for him...
