Thank you for the vid. I could see many a mechanic being OK with only changing the spark plug in order to expedite the on-site repair time. Wish more shops would focus on a quality repair as opposed to being run like volume-based factories.

scan tools are great, but if you don't understand what to do or test next your not solving or thinking about the problem. Thanks for the video. The critical thinking and understanding of engine systems and how they very from car to car is a skill to keep up with and teach.

If you were in a bind, would coating the spark plug and inside of the boot with dielectric grease temporarily solve it?

Thanks for the video. What would be the low tech way to clear the code or codes ? I’ve read to just disconnect the battery for 10 minutes. Thanks again and have a safe and healthy New Year 🎉🎉👍

As a tech of 32 years that looks alot like poor maintenance, I always change those boots when it's time to do spark plugs. Poor maintenance habits breed stupid problems a dollar spent today is 10 saved tomorrow.

Before I became a tech I would watch this channel when RU-vid first started. I learned so much. And still can learn more after doing it now for 15 years 🫡
