I have had mine Raspberry Pi 4B 4GB since the realise - It is the shit! You can run 2 alfa adapters running at once + team-viewer on it. Kicks ass. But you will need a big and power full powerbank.

Thanks for the video. A quick question, if the built-in wireless card (the one that would connect to my hotspot phone) has monitor mode, does that mean I can't use ssh to control the RPI for packet injection on another network?

Hello sir please help. I just bought a Raspberry Pi 4 8gb ram varient but when I installed kali it shows boot error. But when I tried raspberry pi os (64 bit) works fine. I did everything just like how you did please help!

Did you jump the monitor mode bit as you suddenly started with "so now that you know how to put the wireless card to monitor mode.....". I do that sometimes. Makes people feel they missed something :)

Did that few days ago. Actually just loaded in kali 2020.2. Runs very smoothly. Maybe will wait a bit and get the 8gb rpi next :)

Outstanding easy to follow video! I went through the accompanying post, and in the SSH section I couldn't find anything that said "PermitRootLogin" Not sure if this has changed since its publication. I am unable to connect remotely using Windows 10 Remote Desktop Connection. Also, Is there a way to turn on or install VNC so I can use VNC Connect? Forgive newness, I have only been using Raspberry Pi for about 1 week. Subscribed!!

Followed all the steps (both from videos and your articles) along with other articles. Cant seem to get mon-mode and packet injection to work. I'm working with a raspberry pi 4 model B and the internal card. I've tried with images from all 3 different sites. Any suggestions? Thanks!

There is one more default user with a generic password on the Sticky Finger's build (perhaps also on the Offensive Security build, I didn't check). The user is "pi" and the password is "raspberry". This password should also be changed.

I guess he figured mixing upper and lower case across a 6 character alpha password would do the trick????? Genius! Genius! Can you imagine how Facebook values your security????

Can i ask a question? The current macbook pro are equip with apple T2 chip and does not support installing linux on it as the ssd integrate drive are encrypted. What other laptop would you recommend to buy or have one. Thanks!

I've got an issue with my kalipi, I installed the image that you used from whitedome, but I'm unable to install any kind of application or software on it. Using 'sudo apt install' or sudo apt-get install' doesn't work, there are errors with the dependencies. It keeps returning "you have held broken packages". I've tried 'sudo apt-get update' and 'sudo apt-get clean' to try to fix my packages but nothing seems to work. I was able to narrow down and find one package that was throwing an error, so I removed it and updated it again and that still didn't help. I even tried wiping the microsd card and redownloading the image that I have. I thought gdebi might help, but because of this problem I'm not able to install gdebi :( I'd love your help with this issue! Thanks!

I cannot get the onboard brcfmac wlan0 or mon0 to properly function with aircrack-ng. When I attempt your ( iw phy `iw dev wlan0 info | gawk '/wiphy/ {printf "phy" $2}'` interface add mon0 type monitor ) line it returns ' operation not supported (-95). I am using the Raspberry pi 4 on the vanilla kali Linux distro from offensive security. I can get the sudo line to work, but the interface mon0 does not capture any networks. Can someone please help me?

I need your help. I have a raspberry pi 4 and I watched this video and after I installed the sticky fingers Kali pi I lost my WiFi. I can't see how it has anything to do with that but none the less I am having serious issues. At the top of the screen in the taskbar on the network icon there are two red X's. When I hover over it with my mouse it says "eth0: Link is down" and "wlan0: Not associated". It shows the ssids the ones with 5G have a red 5G next to them when I click on mine the enter key dialog box comes up, I enter the password, click okay and nothing happens. I can't find any useful information about this in the forums or on the internet anywhere and so as an act of desperation I am reaching out to ask if you can help. Honestly part of why I bought this Raspberry Pi was so that I could utilize it with your videos.
