The ABB R-type positioner allows the Cell Operator to prepare the fixture on one side of the indexing positioner while the robot welds the components on the other side, doubling productivity.
Eagle Vision and Automation will program the robot/positioner combination, and design the weld fixtures to meet the customer's specific requirements.
